Boot Camps & Squad Sessions
Squad Sessions are classes that are held at the San Jose Phillips Fitness Studio. Boot camps are larger group sessions held outdoors at parks in the Bay Area.
Our weekday Squad Sessions are currently held at the Phillips Fitness Studio in San Jose, and our Saturday boot camp is held at various parks in the San Jose, Sunnyvale and the Campbell area as long as weather permits. We have the perfect mixture of suspension training, cardio and stretching all in one hour a session. What sets us apart from other boot camps and classes is that we offer personalized coaching in each session and we keep our classes small so we can provide the best experience and attention to each client!
Squad session monthly packages are also available. No contracts at Phillips Fitness! Go month to month! Please contact us for additional information and rates.
